INGREDIENTS
SPAGHETTI : 225 GMS
GROUND BEEF : 450 GMS
BREAD CRUMBS : 1/2 CUP
PARMESAN CHEESE : 1/4TH CUP { GRATED}
FRESH PARSLEY : 1/4 TH CUP {CHOPPED}
GARLIC : 1 CLOVE { MINCED} EGG : 1
SALT : 1 TEASPOON
BLACK PEPPER : 1/2 TEASPOON
MARINARA SAUCE : 2 CUPS
OIL : FOR COOKING
METHOD...
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and keep it aside.
2. Now In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper together. Mix it well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Shape the meat mixture into small sized meatballs.
4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until brown from all sides. Keep turning them gently to avoid breaking them apart. This will take approximately 8-10 minutes. Now remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside.
5. In the same skillet, pour in the marinara sauce and bring it to a simmer. Then add in the cooked meatballs back into the same skillet with the sauce and cook for 10-15 minute more.
6. Now serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti and garnish it with some grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if need be.
